Fill up a tub with warm water, and wet the dog thoroughly with a hand sprayer or a cup. Work the shampoo into their coat with your fingers, applying more as needed so you get a nice lather all over their bodies (though try to avoid the eyes). Be sure to get the crevices where dirt and oil can build up, like behind the ears, in the armpits, and under the tail. Rinse thoroughly until the coat is clean; if it’s extra dirty, you may need to reapply the shampoo. Once the dog is clean, dry them gently with a towel.
