Suggested Use

Before your first use, insert the canister into the inhaler.
Remove the protective cover from the mouthpiece.
Shake the inhaler for 5 seconds.
Breathe out and place the inhaler in your mouth. Tilt it slightly upwards toward the back of your throat.
Press the canister down to release the mist as you breathe in deeply.
Hold the mist in your lungs for 5 seconds after inhalation.
Use up to 3 times per day. Do not exceed 4 uses at a time.
